Reconciliation Research Analyst

Job Description Reconciliation of Invoices and Orders/Customer SupportKelly Services is excited about a great opportunity for you to start working with a distinguished, reputable computer company located in Round Rock.
They are seeking a sharp candidate with some sales experience for both inbound and outbound calls for a specific region.
00 AM - 4:
00 PM Must be flexible to work scheduled days.
May be required to work some weekends.
Pay Rate:
Individual must be able to analyze available data using multiple resources to resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
Excellent math and/or accounting skills/Pivot charts required.
Candidate must demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
Individual must be able to grasp complex problems and think out of the box to resolve.
Individual must be dependable.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
