Business Support Sr Associate
Job Description JOB TITLE:
Business Support Sr.
Associate(Customer Data Management Team), which is a fast paced, high volume environment where we manage customer data correction.
This position processes, collects, maintains, monitors and updates customer data.
Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves data problems.
Will work in an inbound chat queue, supporting internal customers, and will also support external customers through email and online forms.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer experience skills and a strong attention to detail skill set.
They should possess the ability to multi-task and be a quick learner.
Principal Duties include the following:
.
High volume data processing/entry//Chat rooms experience and multiple chatting.
Handles real-time customer data correction - through the internal chat queue.
Works on bulk data corrections through internal/external customer email and online forms.

Updates customer data in multiple sources, including databases, excel files, mainframe applications, and online tools.
Organizes and maintains electronic files for group supported.
Researches and obtains specific information requested by the group.
Administers programs, projects and processes specific to the operating unit.
Prepares standard or complex documents from various source materials.
College Degree preferred.
Requirements Must be able to email and video communicate in multiple chat roomsStrong Mental Agility - Required.
Ability to multitask - Required.
Proficient in MS Excel - Required.
Able to type 35
wpm - Required.
User experience with Mainframe applications - Preferred.
Dumb terminal navigation/keyboard commands.
Customer care experience - Preferred.
