The Team Lead will manage escalated customer service issues, ensure customer inquiries receive timely and courteous responses, coach and mentor customer service staff, assist with account adjustments, and perform delinquency processes.
Required Skills Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal High school diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years experience for Sr.
level position Excellent verbal and written communications Excellent phone and customer service skills 10-key experience Proficiency in use of computers including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.
Required Experience Answers inbound calls for company Responds to customer inquiries by phone or in person over the phone and in person Receives, prepares, and tracks customer requests for utility service Completes necessary paperwork associated with each application for service Refers complaints of service issues to designated utility departments Processes and reviews status of new and existing orders requested by customers Inputs information regarding utility inspections and customer payments Prepares basic written and electronic correspondences with customers May utilize and balance a cash drawer to processing and complete cash payments Understands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions Will complete other duties that may be assigned Preferred Experience Prior experience in customer service for utility Bilingual Job Location Round Rock, Texas Position Type Full-Time/Hourly/Regular Benefits Medical/DentalNision/Retirement/lnsurance Benefits are available Travel None Job Type:
