Check in/Out for patient appointments, Collect funds from patients, Update patient information, End of Day reconciliation, Data Entry.
Insurance Verification and Referrals Utilization of Electronic Medical Record system daily (Athena) Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
Maintain records as appropriate.
Confirmation Calls and Rescheduling of Patients, as needed Other duties as assigned Travel to other sites might be required Job Type:
