Proficient in computer skills, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite programs (excel, word, etc.
) Evidence of exceptional attention to detail Experience in customer service Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing with patients, students, providers and university offices/staff Ability to work independently, and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment Experience of strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Experience working with confidential/sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a university setting.
Experience working at a clinic/doctor's office setting Experience with website/online programs Experience with Concur Travel.
Basic understanding of Banner, CourseLeaf CLSS, Marketplace and SAP Experience with Microsoft 365 programs such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
Job Description Responsible for providing administrative and general clerical support to management/staff within assigned division/department or unit.
Job Duties Provide administrative support for the Master's in Respiratory Care Program and Sleep Lab Center.
Answer telephone inquiries for the sleep lab and MSRC programs; take messages, answer questions and refer/transfer calls to appropriate office.
Fax, duplication of materials, prepare outgoing mail, distribute incoming mail and ensure office is clean for students and visitors Staff office during business hours, 8-5 with an hour lunch Maintain calendar and monitor due dates of all assignments and projects Maintain schedule of classes, including managing instructor of record and notifying Chair of any small classes Maintain spreadsheets of applicants, current students and alumni Assist with the incoming BSRC applicants and track with excel Create, maintain and update students and patients files both paper and electronic Take minutes for faculty and advisory board meetings and distribute Maintain, organize and keep stocked office supplies and coffee needs Assist and troubleshoot with student registration Type and proofread correspondence and online forms Maintain compliance with HB2504, HB 1027, roster certifications and final grade submissions Submit and follow up on workorders for department Perform website design and maintenance Process travel requests and expense reports.
Process invoices and purchase orders for supplies and equipment Submit textbook requests.
Maintain Inventory of department asset items Records retention management Help plan departmental events (Orientation, Award night, Meetings and office celebrations) Help with student recruiting activities Submit course evaluations each semester Assist with supervision of student workers Other duties as assigned Additional Information to Applicants You must attach:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
