We have both full-time and part-time roles available for the right candidates.
We are a non-corporate early learning childcare center.
We aim to be a team oriented, family focused, fun and educational environment for both our kids and staff.
Lead Teachers:
Highly qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare center as a Lead teacher.
Positive and long-term employment references preferred.
Assistant Teachers:
Limited experience working with young children, trainable and envisions early childhood education as a long-term profession.
Attention to detail is imperative.
Qualifications:
Be familiar with and stay current on state childcare regulations, local and federal regulatory agencies, school policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all.
Comply with federally mandated universal precautions and infection control guidelines and procedures.
Know child/staff ratio for your group of children Establish and maintain good communication with children and customers Follow daily schedule for meal, snacks, and outside play time Demonstrate the following qualities:
positive and friendly, self-motivated, self-directed, patient, able to make good judgments, creative, reliable, and dependable Complete the minimum training that is required by licensing agency and Texas Rising Star.
Maintain certification in CPR and First Aid Training.
Successfully pass all fingerprinting and background checks.
