Summary:
We are seeking an organized Administrative Assistant with good interpersonal skills to join our property management and marketing company.
The role will involve communicating with clients/vendors, managing administrative tasks, tracking expenses, and coordinating schedules.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients.
Track and update spreadsheets and databases.
Place and track orders according to needs of properties.
Coordinate, schedule and confirm appointments.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, leads, and tenants.
Assist the team with tasks as they arise.
Support and collaborate on marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (or willingness to learn) Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
