Job Description:
The Director of Nursing is accountable for planning, developing and supervising the activities of personnel who provide health care and nursing services to the agency's clients.
This position assists with the development and implementation of nursing services, objectives, policies and procedures in accordance with Federal, State and Joint Commission standards and regulations RN License in the state of Texas (Required) Minimum of 2 years managerial or supervisory experience in healthcare preferably Home Healthcare Bachelors Degree in Nursing BSN (Preferred) Understands the issues related to the delivery of home health care services, including knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines CPR Certification Demonstrates excellent leadership , observation , verbal and written communication skills Job Type:
