Position
Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant for our Construction Department, you will serve to support and facilitate the daily operations for the Project Managers, Estimators and construction personnel.
This would include performing general office duties, working with A/R, invoicing, billing, collections filing, data entry and payroll.
This position would also involve customer interaction confirming appointments, addressing customer concerns, and assisting in obtaining and confirming customer selections for active projects.
Some portion of the duties for this position may require a presence in the field meeting with customers or obtaining signatures for documentation.
This is a valuable position to the success of the office.
Organization:
We are in growth mode with a plan to add more facilities over the next several years.
