Compensation:
$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming telephone calls, emails, and chat messages.
Schedule appointments and maintain technicians' active schedules.
Familiarize oneself with products offered and answer inquiries.
Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Monitor and assess technicians' performance.
Dispatch and provide technicians with essential instructions.
Effectively communicate with customers in a timely manner.
Maintain accountability for meeting targeted sales goals.
Manage various office tasks.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Arrange and monitor daily appointments for technicians.
Demonstrate proficiency in customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Provide knowledge about the services and products sold and installed.
Monitor the performance of service technicians.
Dispatch and give technicians instructions.
Communicate with customers promptly and efficiently.
Stay aware of sales goals and ensure they are achieved.
Execute light office duties.
