This position will be responsible for assisting with customer calls, texts and emails to schedule HVAC service.
Assist with data entry to the accounting system as well as customer invoicing and follow up collection calls.
Run errands for parts and deliveries to job sites (company vehicle is available.
Assist with staging of equipment for customer change outs.
