We have been around for 10 years and are looking for a clinician who has home health clinical review experience and would like to join our vibrant team.
Role
Responsibilities:
Review Skilled Nursing visit notes Identify and track QA trends Create and execute targeted training based upon QA trends Help train newhires Be the steward of the agency's QAPI program Skills and experience desired:
Home health clinical review Experience developing and executing training programs Data trending and analysis OASIS clinical review The person most successful in this role will be:
Friendly Persistent Patient Detail oriented Driven to excellence Job Type:
