In this position, you're the first point of contact for associates in the human resources office, daily operations of the office and uniform distribution and inventory.
Variable hours include Saturdays and this is a seasonal position.
With this position, we do require a background of prior office/administrative setting.
Experience with HR administration or hotel experience is helpful but not required.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills and confidentiality are a must.
Additionally, we would like these competencies:
Must be able to write, read, and speak English fluently.
Bi-lingual skills are helpful but not required.
Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues that arise.
Ability to think clearly, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
Make independent decisions while maintaining strong ethical standards consistent with company policy, rules and the ability to maintain confidential information.
Must be able to work well in an unsupervised setting.
Must maintain composure and objectivity while under pressure.
Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of Recruitment Management ATS system is helpful.
