Handyman, part of the Neighborly family of nationwide brands, has an opening for an experienced home and commercial repair / improvement technician in the North Austin metro area (including Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock).
We provide a wide range of services including carpentry, drywall, painting, floors, electrical, plumbing, and much more.
We provide a flexible pay structure that can be commission based (30% of billed revenue) or simply an hourly wage.
We provide a company van and pay the taxes, insurance, fuel, etc.
All technicians must provide their own tools to accomplish any type of job.
Larger tools such as ladders, table saw, pressure washer, etc.
are provided by the company and shared with all technicians on the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in residential or commercial maintenance and repair Must have your own tools.
Ladders and materials are provided by the company Excellent communication skills and customer friendly Comfortable working at heights and able to handle a 28' extension ladder independently Valid Texas drivers license and good driving record; able to pass a background check and drug screen Live within reasonable driving distance of the North Austin metro area (Leander, Cedar Park, Hutto, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Austin, Georgetown, etc.
