Skills & Qualifications for this role:
We need an effective, upbeat Director responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing both the Operations team and Client Success team while driving strategic process improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Oversee customer life-cycle including rollouts, training, documentation, and ongoing support and seek for continual improvements.
Manage daily operations, keeping the team and environment upbeat, positive, and fun! Analyze performance data to measure productivity, quality, timeliness, and customer impact.
Improve processes and develop methods for increased coordination and communication between team members and across teams.
Formulate and refine policies to improve customer onboarding, response quality, and timeliness.
Help ensure teams are focused on highest priority and highest impact initiatives to progress and achieve company objectives.
Provide reporting and recommendations to upper management regarding priorities, timelines, customer pulse, and resource allocation.
Track and maintain professional services initiatives by working closely with the Tactical Develop Manager to coordinate and prioritize customer requests.
In all client interactions, seek to determine the pulse of the customer and oversee proactive training initiatives to ensure sustained high tool utilization & satisfaction.
Determine staffing requirements, and oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees.
Help provide direction on future product growth, functionality, and usage.
Prepare administrative documents as required, including composing and processing correspondence and reports.
Proven ability to manage tasks, think strategic, read the client, function well under pressure, a strong aptitude for technology Education/
Experience:
3-5 years of Customer Engagement & Support (preferably IT related) College Undergraduate is a plus
