Full-time 9 hours ago Full Job Description The Sales Coordinator / Property Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the hotel.
This is accomplished by working directly with clients, telemarketing, preparing required paperwork, and working with the other departments in the hotel to ensure the guest has a great experience.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide the highest level of quality service to the client/guest at all times Answer calls or meet with customers that come to the hotel inquiring about group, corporate, or meeting business Participate and assist with any sales related functions such as lobby lizard, evening socials, etc Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when preparing agreements, contracts, BEO's, etc to be presented to clients Assist and prepare reports as necessary Ensure all group and meeting events are to the client's expectations by ensuring all client needs are communicated to the hotel leadership team and associates Participate with revenue management calls and provide information as necessary to assist with making solid revenue decisions for the hotel to drive revenues Additional
