Our company is seeking Help Desk Analysts to provide first and second-tier support for customer technical issues.
The successful candidate will have prior customer service experience and also be familiar with our software and hardware systems.

Responsibilities:
Use technical tools to resolve user issues.
Be available to answer calls and emails.
Enter user information and service requests.
Gather system information to determine the cause of issues.
Implement programs and policies to monitor system performance and resolve issues that arise.
Use technology to gather and interpret data.
